Who we are

Beaklet makes and sells fountain pens and writing accessories through beaklet.com. In this policy, “Beaklet”, “we” and “us” mean the business that runs this website. You can reach us at official@beaklet.com or +91 86526 52557.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery address.
• Account details, if you create an account: your email address and login details.
• What you send us through the contact or return request forms, including any photos you share.
• Your email address, if you sign up for updates from us.
• Basic browsing data: your device and browser type, the pages you visit, and cookies (see below).

We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank account details. Online payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay.

How we use it

• To process, pack, deliver and support your order, including order and tracking updates by email and WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and handle cancellation, return and refund requests.
• To send you updates you signed up for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the website working and secure, and to understand how it is used.
• To measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what each party needs to do its job:

• Courier partners, to deliver your order.
• Razorpay, to process online payments.
• The companies that host our website and email.
• Meta, through the Meta Pixel on this website, which records visits and actions such as adding a Beaklet to your cart.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, checkout and login working. The Meta Pixel also sets cookies so we can see how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need them to work.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Everything else is kept only while we need it for the reason it was collected, and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you
• correct or update it
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
• stop sending you updates

Write to official@beaklet.com from the email address linked to your order or account, so we can confirm it is you.

Keeping it safe

The whole website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who handle your order can see your details. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.
