About these terms

These terms apply when you use beaklet.com or buy from it. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns policy.

Who can order

You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the permission of a parent or guardian. We currently deliver within India only.

Our products

We take care to show every Beaklet as it is. Colours can look a little different from screen to screen, and the 3D views and illustrations on this website are a guide to the design.

Some Beaklets are sold on pre-order. Pre-orders are dispatched within 10-12 days from the date of the pre-order.

Prices and charges

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout before you place the order.

• Shipping is free on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹50 convenience fee.
• Gift wrapping with a card costs ₹100, only if you choose it.

If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if the product is no longer available or we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay, using the payment methods shown at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order until it has been shipped. Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. The full process is in our Refund & Returns policy.

Warranty

Beaklets do not come with a warranty. If you run into any issue with your Beaklet, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Using this website

Please do not misuse this website, try to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. The text, photographs, illustrations, 3D models, designs, and the Beaklet name and logo belong to Beaklet and may not be used without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, strikes or natural events. Where the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
