Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

How long it takes

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Pre-orders are dispatched within 10-12 days from the date of the pre-order.

What it costs

• Shipping is free on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹50 convenience fee.
• Gift wrapping with a card costs ₹100, only if you choose it.

Tracking your order

You will receive order and tracking updates by WhatsApp and email. If you need help finding your order, write to us with your order number.

Your delivery details

Please check your address, PIN code and phone number at checkout. The courier uses them to reach you.

If it arrives damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the Beaklet and its packaging. Our Refund & Returns policy explains what happens next.
